Questions and help

For anything about using World Republic — your account, your party, your wallet or a vote — email info@worldrepublic.org.

Ask a person to review a decision

Some decisions are made automatically, such as the face check that declines a scan matching an account that is already verified, and the review that decides whether a party is listed by default. If you think one is wrong, email privacy@worldrepublic.org and a person will look at it. The Privacy Policy sets out how long we take to answer. Requests about your personal data go to the same address, and the Privacy Policy sets out your rights and how to use them.

Report a security problem

Email security@worldrepublic.org, and don’t post the details anywhere public first.

So we can help quickly

  • Include your username. Signing in leaves us no email address for you, so your username is how we find your account, and we may ask you to confirm the account is yours before we act on it. In the app, Contact us in the menu on your Account tab starts the email with your username filled in.
  • Write in your own language. You don’t have to write in English.
  • Don’t send a photo of yourself, an identity document, or how you voted. We never need them.
  • Watch for impostors. We will never ask you to send a password, a recovery phrase or a private key, or to move WDD anywhere. Our replies come from an address ending in @worldrepublic.org — but a sender’s name and address can be faked, so that alone is not proof.
